GCPD Names Victim of Tuesday's Murder
Police have notified the next of kin and identified the woman killed.
say 76 year old Alma B. Ercolano was the woman killed in Tuesday afternoon's homicide at Police say Ercolano lived at the home along with a 30 year old woman who suffered injuries as well and was sent to the hospital for evaluation. A 29 year old man also lived in the home and is said to be the boyfriend of the surviving victim. According to police, he came home about 3:30pm and found Ercolano dead and his girlfriend injured.
The Medical Examiner has not yet determined the cause of Ercolano's death nor has a suspect been identified. GCPD says they are "diligently working on several leads."
