Father and Brother of Man Killed By Police Arrested

Thomas and Robert Clark were arrested for disorderly conduct after their relative was shot and killed by Gwinnett County Police in Lawrenceville, Ga. Thursday evening.


Gwinnett County Police responded to a call of a man attempting commit suicide on Trophy Trail Thursday at around 7:30pm. Police say the man, James Clark, was armed with a hunting rifle when they arrived at the home. GCPD says they tried to negotiate with Clark, but attempts failed and police were . He was later pronounced dead.

According to WSB-TV, family members arrived to the house shortly after the shooting. Police arrested Clark's father Thomas of Winder, and brother Robert of Snellville, and charged them both with disorderly conduct. They were admitted to the Gwinnett County Detention Center at about 9:30pm Thursday.

This is do wrong and it shows after time police become heartless in the jobs they do cause of what they see every day. this should be a murder investigation and the police held accountable for this.

Why is this ok? It is sooo wrong. Hartless for every officer that was involved. Our tax dollars at work.

GWINNETT CO PD is responsible for 3 fatal shootings now since DEC 2011...DAWNTRAE WILLIAMS, CHRISTOPHER KENNEY, and now JAMES CLARK. what is going on? is this AMERICA? don't seem like it
