Burglar Makes Off With Thousands Worth of Cigarettes, Cash in Smash and Grab

A Lawrenceville convenience store was the scene of a smash and grab robbery recently.

Someone allegedly broke into the All In One Food Mart at 1685 Old Norcross Road in unincorporated Lawrenceville on Monday, July 22 at about 5:30am.

According to a report from the Gwinnett County Police Department, the burglar smashed the front glass door of the convenience store with a large brick.

Several cabinets behind the counter were open. The store owner told police approximately $3,000 worth of cigarettes and cigars were stolen.

The burglar also made off with $1,000 in cash and the hard drive for the store's surveillance system.

No one was in the store at the time.
