Riverside Day School closes abruptly

I just got a letter in the mail from the owner stating that for over a year, she has been trying to negotiate with the bank which took over her business loan, because her loan was a share loss and they began forclosure in October 2012. I am so upset she did not disclose this prior to enrolling my child in their pre.k. now, I have to scramble along with the other parents of the enrolled children to find another prek. the letter stated that next week, December 20,2013, Is their last day of business. this is so devastating as we were just blindsighted by this. why would she offer two Prek classes this year knowing the business was on the brink of closure?
