1. Hot Pink Lemonade:

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice
  • 7 cups cool water
  • 2 cups ice
  • 3/4 cup blueberries

2. Margaritas to die for:

  • 2 limes
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup premium tequila
  • 2 tablespoons brandy-based orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier®)
  • 1 lime, sliced into rounds
  • coarse salt

3. Kim's Macaroni Salad:

  • 1 (8 ounce) package uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped

4. BBQ Feta and Hot Banana Pepper Turkey Burger

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup seeded, chopped banana peppers
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

5. Berry Burst Sorbet:

  • 1 cup SPLENDA® Granular
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blackberries, thawed
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)
