Ms. Senior Georgia says ITS TIME!!!!

It is time to own being a Senior and feel great.

The new year is here, the world didnt end. At least as we know it!!! Its been awhile since I have written to share some thoughts but IT IS TIME!!!

I am excited to have started off the year on a TV show called Express Yourself , hosted by Ms. Daisy at Comcast. We spoke about Seniors and wrapping your brain around getting older just like you had to wrap your brain around leaving home, getting married, starting a family. It is all phases of life and Im here to tell you ITS TIME to own being a full fledged SENIOR!! We are glorious and wise and bold.

One of the ways I have decided to continue being fabulous is to lose some extra pounds picked up during the holidays. I have previously lost 30 pounds and 16 inches with Advocare Products and felt like a million dollars!! My confidence was up and thats when I won the tiltle of Ms. Senior Georgia 2012. On Monday January 21 Will be starting a 24 day challenge by Advocare and I will keep you posted on my progress. I intend to stay healthy, look great, and feel fabulous!! If you want info on the 24 day challenge go to my site: www.advocare.com/110319301 and browse!!  Wrap your brain around being able to mentor younger citizens with your many years of experience. You may be through raising children but you are still raising a generation!!! Let s show them how to finish strong!!! Love to you Seniors, and IT IS TIME>   Mary
