FIT for a Queen! Ms. Senior Georgia 2012 speaks on Senior Lifesyles and fitness

FIT for a Queen!! Health and wellness are choices!!!

I was honored yesterday to be a part of a Wellness event at NaMestoy Farm in Cumming. There were many health practitioners who spoke about healing and masssage, and other holistic ways to treat ailments and illnesses. I was so proud to be a part by talking about my favorite things from Advocare. I spoke on how to lose weight safely with our 24 Day Challenge. Our products are tested by Informed Choice, an independent lab.  I also stressed that when we set our goals for success we must include helping others.  The event was all about helping Seniors and people of all ages reach their goals finacially and healthwise.  You can find information about NaMestoy Farms at their website  NaMestoyFarm.com.  Connection with another is crucial for our wellbeing. It can be a friend, spouse, child, or anyone that we make a part of our lives. We must be sure that the people we choose to be in our lives are positive and have a great attitude about life. That makes the difference when we are trying to live a life of purpose. It is in who you associate with in your life. Make good choices.  I recently had the pleasure and honor of winning the title of MS. Senior Georgia. Five of my friends I have known since kindergarten came to Atlanta to cheer me on. This is the kind of love and support everyone needs in their lives. My family and my dearest friends were there to make a difference. I hope I will be able to present well and make them proud. Seniors, you are valuable and you are a vital part of making a difference in this world.  WORK IT!!!!  Mary
