Little Lucy Baker came into the world Thursday to a big celebration. Not just because she is the third child of proud parents Brian and Kimberly's. But also because Lucy was the 100,000th baby born at in Lawrenceville, Ga.
Lucy was born at 10:02am Thursday, weighing in a 7 pounds and 8 ounces.
