Jeff Foxworthy Host Fundraiser to Benefit Homeless Families

The Salvation Army of Gwinnett will host its 5th Annual Breakfast with special guest speaker, Jeff Foxworthy. The fundraiser benefits the Home Sweet Home Gwinnett program that helps newly homeless families or those at risk of imminent homelessness to more stable housing.

The purpose of the program is to provide a direct avenue back to independent living for homeless families in Gwinnett County. This is accomplished with in-home case management that serves to educate and empower families, to help them regain ties to the community and sustain permanent housing. Families are kept together and housed in furnished apartments.

This program is changing lives and breaking the cycle of poverty with its 100% success rate.
