Celebrate America Recycles Day

This Saturday is America Recycles Day and the community is encouraged to celebrate and participate by attending a free event hosted by the Gwinnett County Solid Waste Division.

This event will be held at the Gwinnett Braves home, Coolray Field from 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday, Nov. 19. Admission is free and attendees can bring documents for free, safe paper shredding as well as electronic and tire recycling. (TV's can be recycled for $10 cash).

There will be fun kids' activities, giveaways and a canned food drive at the field for everyone to enjoy!
