GWINNETT CHORAL GUILD TO LEAD FREE MESSIAH SING-ALONG

The Gwinnett Choral Guild, along with the BJ Chorale, and the Lawrenceville Presbyterian Chancel Choir, will hold its annual Messiah Sing-along, on Sunday, November 25, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. in the Lawrenceville Presbyterian Church, 800 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA.  Members of the community are invited to bring their Messiah music scores and sing with the chorus or simply enjoy listening  to the choirs lead the audience in selections Handel’s treasured classic.  The piece will be conducted by James Williams, Artistic Director.  Admission is free; a love offering is accepted.

 Established in 1983, the Gwinnett Choral Guild is a volunteer community choir based in Gwinnet County.  Its members are singers from all walks of life and are bonded by a love for choral music.  The 501(c)3 non-profit organization is a member of ArtWorks Gwinnett, Chorus America, The Metropolitan Atlanta Arts and Culture Coalition, and the Atlanta Coalition of Performing Arts.
