Black History Month

Visitors will be able to explore the Lawrenceville Female Seminary’s Gwinnett History exhibit while learning about local African – American Gwinnettians who have contributed to Gwinnett County in the fields of education, industry, farming, sports, and other fields. Participants will complete a scavenger hunt and make a cowrie shell bracelet. This program will be available from 10:00am – 4:00pm (please note the facility is closed from Noon – 1:00pm) and is included with the $2.00 admission fee.
