Tender-Hearted Tipper

Tipper is a sweet young fella who needs a great home. This handsome boy was rescued from a high kill shelter in Cartersville just as his time was running out. He is just short of a year old, and weighs about 27 lbs. He probably has a bit more growing to do. Tipper has the beautiful Catahoula markings, and a six inch, naturally docked tail. He has a sweet and soulful face.

We think that Tipper may have been abused or neglected in his former life, as he was quite reserved and shy at first. He is now settling in nicely, and has a fine personality.

One truly special thing about Tipper is that he loves tiny kittens! His foster mom is currently bottle feeding some infants (they only weigh a few ounces), and Tipper comes up close and watches quietly, and will lick them very gently when his foster mom offers him a chance. This is unusual, and a good indication of what a sweet and gentle dog Tipper is. Tipper is crate trained, and should be easy to housetrain, given a regular schedule of potty breaks. This sweet boy will make a wonderful pet. If you would like to meet him, please let us know!

Tipper is fully vetted neutered, heartworm negative, and current on vaccinations and deworming. The adoption fee is $150 (cash only, please).
