Strategic Initiatives Project Director

is looking for a Strategic Initiatives Project Director.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

* Strategic initiatives related to the College's mission and vision. 

* Strategic analysis and strategic planning at the Institution, Division and Departmental levels. 

* Strategic initiatives relating to SACS accreditation including the Compliance Certification Report (CCR), projects to ensure compliance, and the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP). 

* Working closely with College leaders and the College community to facilitate development and implementation of strategic and operating plans, programs such as First Year Matters, special projects, and other strategic initiatives; 

* Coordinating committee work related to planning and implementing strategic initiatives. 

* Tracking the status of various tasks and activities related to the College's accreditation reaffirmation activities, including the CCR and QEP; 

* Facilitating cooperation and communication among all areas of the College involved in strategic initiatives; 

* Coordinating QEP planning activities, including, but not limited to, developing action plans, articulating resources needed for implementing the QEP, and marketing and communicating important information to the College community; 

* Coordinating the College's policy management structure. 

* Other duties as assigned.
