Violation of Code: [.04(3)(e) ] 2 hermetically sealed cans of food found with obvious dents along the seams and were stored with those that were in good condition. One can of hermetically sealed food was swollen and stored with those cans of food in good condition. Damaged or swollen hermetically sealed cans of food must be stored separately from those that are in good, sound condition. Return to the supplier or discard. The damaged cans were separated and labeled as damaged. IF THIS ITEM IS MARKED OUT OF COMPLIANCE ON THE NEXT ROUTINE INSPECTION, THEN THE PERMIT MAY BE SUSPENDED. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.

Violation of Code: [.04(4)(c)1(iv)] Cut and peeled onions, sprouts in water, cut broccoli not covered in walk in cooler. Food in walk in cooler must be stored in packages, covered containers, or wrappings. Food covered at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

Violation of Code: [.05(1)(i) ] Cardboard lining self. Surfaces must be nonabsorbent & easily cleanable. Remove cardboard. New Violation.

Violation of Code: [.05(7)(d) ] Excessive ice build up in reach in, stand up freezer. Defrost freezer and keep interior free of build up. New Violation.

Violation of Code: [.05(7)(d) ] Storage shelf above vegetable prep sink with build up. Clean shelf. Nonfood contact surfaces must remain clean. New Violation.
