Chicken Product Manufactured by Lawrenceville Business and Sold at Area Starbucks Recalled

A Lawrenceville company is recalling ready-to-eat chicken products after concerns that it may be contaiminated with Listeria.
In a July 19th press release, the U.S. Department of Agriculture said Flying Food Group LLC is recalling approximately 204 pounds of ready-to-eat chicken wraps and plates. The products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, which can cause the rare, potentially fatal disease listeriosis.
The product was distributed to coffee stores in Georgia and Alabama, and are in 8.4-ounce packages of " Chipotle Chicken Wraps Bistro Box" and the 6.3-ounce packages of " Chicken & Hummus Bistro Box."

They are labeled with "Enjoy by 071511″ on the bottom left corner of the package and have the establishment number "P-34373″ inside the USDA mark of inspection. The products were produced on July 13, 2011.
The problem was discovered after the Department of Agriculture tested sample chicken. However, federal authorities have not received any reports of illnesses related to the product.
