Community Update

Since Dillons has acquired new owners I have noticed a few changes in the place. First off management is awful. I have gone in a couple times at lunch and seen the lady sitting at the end of the bar getting drunk. I've heard her yelling at the kitchen staff in between drinking. Doesn't set a professional atmosphere and I would rather not hear someone being yelled at while I try to eat. I do enjoy their food, they seem to have kept most of the same recipes to the food, which is good however, they did minimize the menu and get rid of some of the things I enjoy, not to mention they cut down the portion sizes and upped the prices. I feel like I am being cheated out of food at times because a side order of French fries is laughable. They did make a couple changes, they fixed up the pool room, bathrooms and slapped new paint on the walls but the smell is still there.
The service from the servers is great, although they did get rid of our favorite waitress and I still have no idea why.
All in all Dillons has kind of left a sour taste in my mouth since new management has taken over. My daughter works in food service and if anyone spoke to her in the manner I have overheard management talk to some of their staff I would be livid.
My friends and I have decided to go out to other bars until something with the management and food prices/portions change.
