Lawrenceville, Georgia (Gwinnett/Metro Atlanta) – October 25, 2013 – The Bench Jeweler - in partnership with the Lawrenceville Tourism and Trade Association (LTTA) and the City of Lawrenceville announces its opening on the Historic Downtown Square at 137 Crogan St,Lawrenceville, GA 30046.
“We are truly excited to begin our future in Lawrenceville and join the thriving business community on the Square. The atmosphere here is welcoming and has given us a sense of family. We thank everyone your support and we are proud to be a part of this charming town,” said owners Tim & Amelia New.
The owner, Tim New is a second generation, Certified Bench Jeweler and is trained in all forms of jewelry repair and design. His wife Amelia, also the co-owner, has an extensive background in art and assists with design and creation of high definition photos for appraisals.

This activity collectively occurs every day in Georgia Mainstreet Downtowns," said Mayor Judy Jordan Johnson. The Bench Jeweler is bringing the location back to its roots, as it was the former home of Fowler’s Jewelers from 1939 to 2001.
