Travel the World with Just a Fork

Gwinnett County's 6th annual International Restaurant Week features cuisine from around the world.

High airfares and checked baggage fees are making it less appetizing for many to travel nowadays. But next week, you can have a chance to take your taste buds on a tour of the world.

The Gwinnett Convention and Visitors Bureau is hosting its 6th annual International Restaurant Week. From September 19-22, diners can enjoy a three-course meal from 20 participating restaurants for $21.21. Choices include Mexican, Mediterranean, Moroccan and more.

“The large majority of our restaurants are independent restaurants, and we worked very hard this year to expand the ethnic opportunities for diners," said Lisa Anders, GCVB Deputy Director in a release.
