Violations: 2-2B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(j)1&2 ] Cup of coffee and bottle of water found in not approved containers in food prep area. The person in charge discarded these items. All employee drinks in food prep, food storage, and dish area should be in disposable cups with a lid and straw to help prevent possible contamination.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 4-2B, Violation of Code: [.05(6)(n) ] The mechanical dish machine was not producing chlorine sanitizer at the proper concentration of 50-100ppm at the time of inspection. The person in charge replaced the container of chlorine sanitizer at the time of inspection and the machine was producing proper chlorine levels. All sanitizers used in dish washing procedures should be sanitizing properly.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 13A, Violation of Code: [.10(2)(g) ] The most recent health inspection was not posted in public view at the time of inspection. The person in charge was advised to always post the most current health inspection in public view. The inspection report must be posted in public view within 15 feet of the primary entrance, 5-7 feet above the floor, and/or not readable from one foot.  New Violation. 14C, Violation of Code: [.05(6)(r) ] Single use soy sauce buckets observed being reused to store food. The person in charge was advised that these buckets are single use and are not easily cleanable for reuse.  New Violation.
