Violations: 2-2B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(j)1&2 ] Personal drink stored on food cart. Second drink on prep cooler in a cup (not single use) without a lid or a straw. Both drinks DISCARDED. Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas. However, drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles will be allowed.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 4-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(c)1(i)-(iii),(v),(viii) ] Raw chicken, raw beef placed on same tray. Raw fish in same container as vegetables. Raw seafood stored above rice in freezer. Raw steak on same tray as vegetables. Had employee separate vegetables from raw meats. Contaminated onion DISCARDED. Raw seafood above rice re-located. Raw animal foods shall be separated based on a succession of cooking temperatures cooking temperatures. Raw animal foods having the same cooking temperature, such as pork and fish, shall be separated from one another during storage and preparation by maintaining adequate spacing or by placing the food in separate containers. Raw animal foods must be separate from ready to eat foods. Raw unwashed produce must be stored below washed/cut produce.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 8-2B, Violation of Code: [.07(6)(b) ] Two chemical spray bottles not labeled. Labeled at time of inspection. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 8-2B, Violation of Code: [.07(6)(c) ] Fried tempura stored next to fuel bottle. Re-located fuel to an approved location. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they can not contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 12A, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(i) ] Seafood in undrained ice in prep cooler along cook line. Unpackaged food may not be stored in direct contact with undrained ice.  New Violation. 12B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(g) ] Servers wearing watches/bracelets, multiple rings (servers prepare salads). Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band, while preparing food, food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands.  New Violation. 12B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(i) ] Servers with loose hair, dishwasher with no beard guard on facial hair longer than a 1/2 inch. Employees preparing and/or handling food, clean food equipment shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch (1/2").  New Violation. 12C, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(m) ] Two sanitizer solution containers at cook line with no chlorine. Prepared fresh sanitizer with 100ppm chlorine. Must maintain adequate sanitizer in solution for cloth towels.  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation.
