Violations: 2-1B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(c) ] Observed employee handle raw shelled eggs then put on gloves to work with ready-to-eat food (lo mein). Had employee remove gloves and wash hands. Employees should wash hands before donning gloves.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 4-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(c)1(i)-(iii),(v),(viii) ] Observed raw shelled eggs being stored above green onions and carrots in Walk-in cooler. Raw chicken being stored above sauce in WIC. Had PIC move eggs to bottom shelf where other eggs were being stored and chicken moved to bottom shelf. Foods should be stored according to internal cook temperature to prevent contamination.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 15C, Violation of Code: [.05(7)(a)2,3 ] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment not cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Observed prep cooler gaskets with heavy build up of black residue. Observed bottom of prep cooler with soil accumulation. Clean gaskets and cooler. Nonfood contact surfaces should be kept free of soil accumulation.  New Violation.
