Sage in Lawrenceville, Ga. is currently hiring for a Customer Support/Tech Support Rep. The person in this position will answer incoming calls and respond to incoming emails and chat sessions in a support center environment. They will handle all types of concerns and issues. More responsibilities as required.
Experience in accounting, networking, operating systems, estimating, project management, or technical support is a plus. A degree in information technology is also preferred.
