Violations: 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(2)(c) ] Cove base on walls in kitchen and in bar in bad repair. Vinyl cove based observed pieced together, gapping between cove base and wall, and pieces missing and falling apart. Cove base must be good condition to prevent food and water from being trapped at wall junctures which may attract pests. This violation must be corrected within 2 weeks (by September 19, 2012). New Violation. Correct By: 09/19/2012

Yes we did. The Dept. of Environmental Health did a follow-up, as they do with low-scoring restaurants. This time around they did much better. They fixed most of the violations.
