At time of inspection, observed several food containers being stacked while still being wet. Advised person in charge to ensure all food containers are properly air dried before being stacked.  New Violation. 15A, Violation of Code: [.05(1)(a) ] Observed numerous foods stored in opened cans in kitchen prep cooler and walk-in cooler. Once can is opened, foods must be transferred to a food approved container. Opened cans are not considered food approved (not easily cleanable, durable, corrision resisitant, etc.)  Repeat Violation. 16B, Violation of Code: [.06(2)(r) ] Plumbing not in good repair and being maintained. Drain under front kitchen hand sink and prep area is stopped up. Must repair drain. All plumbing must be in good repair.  New Violation.
