Violations: 2-2D, Violation of Code: [.07(3)(a) ] At the beginning of the inspection, the hand sink at the bar area was without drying towels and hand soap. Hand sinks should be adequately supplied with hand soap/hand drying towels at all times to encourage frequent hand washing. Drying towels and hand soap supplied to hand sink during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 6-2, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(g) ] Container of cooked chicken wings that were not date marked, multiple containers of salsa that were marked with todays date (09/17) but were cooked on 09/16. PHF's should be date marked with the date the product was prepared plus six days for a total of seven days. Chicken wings were date marked, salsas were re-marked with the correct date that they were prepared. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B, Violation of Code: [.06(5)(n) ] Dumpster missing lids on both sides. Dumpsters must be adequately covered to prevent insects/pests from entering dumpster and to ensure that water does not pool in bottom of dumpster. Advised PIC to contact garbage service provider to request new lids or a new dumpster with adequate lids. New Violation.
