Repeat Violation. 6-1C, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(d) ] Cooked potentially hazardous foods not cooled from 135oF to 41oF within a total of 6 hours - one pot of chicken tortilla soup in walk-in cooler left over from the night before at 55F. Advised PIC that potentially hazardous foods shall be cooled to 41F within 6 hours and to 70F within the first 2 hours. Soup was discarded. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

Advised pic that a hair restraint shall be worn while prepping food. Employee no longer prepping food. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14B, Violation of Code: [.05(10)(a) ] After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils not air-dried - employee washing dishes and stacking them wet. Advised PIC that utensils shall be air dried before stacking. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
