Violations: 15A, Violation of Code: [.05(6)(a) ] In dishwasher racks are heavily soiled and no longer cleaneanble. Equipment needs to be in good repair at all times. Please discard dishwasher racks and obtain new racks ASAP. New Violation. 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(5)(a),(b) ] The floor behind the stoves has an accumulation of grease and dirt. Physical facilities need to be maintained clean. Please clean this area thoroughly and much more frequently to prevent this accumulation. New Violation. 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(2)(c) ] Behind the stove the coving base is seperated from the wall. Coving bases are in place to make cleaning easier and to prevent food and other debris brom being trapped in crevices. Please fix coving behind and equipement and all around the kitchen area ASAP. Advised PIC that hot foods shall maintain 135F or higher. Pizza was sold to customer before it could be reheated. Hot holding cabinet was adjusted and at 144F now. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17A, Violation of Code: [.07(5)(i) ] Self closure on bathroom door is broken. Bathroom doors that open into food prep areas must be equipped with a self closure. Repeat Violation. 17D, Violation of Code: [.07(2)(j) ] Air vent cover over shelf storing single-service articles is very dusty. Clean vent cover to prevent contamination of food contact surfaces (pizza boxes). One vent cover is missing near restroom - replace vent cover. New Violation.
