Physical facilities need to be maintained clean. Please clean this area thoroughly and much more frequently to prevent this accumulation. Coving bases are in place to make cleaning easier and to prevent food and other debris brom being trapped in crevices. Please fix coving behind and equipement and all around the kitchen area ASAP.
