Please discard dishwasher racks and obtain new racks ASAP. New Violation. 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(5)(a),(b) ] The floor behind the stoves has an accumulation of grease and dirt. Physical facilities need to be maintained clean. Please clean this area thoroughly and much more frequently to prevent this accumulation. New Violation. 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(2)(c) ] Behind the stove the coving base is seperated from the wall. Coving bases are in place to make cleaning easier and to prevent food and other debris brom being trapped in crevices. Please fix coving behind and equipement and all around the kitchen area ASAP. Clean vent cover to prevent contamination of food contact surfaces (pizza boxes). One vent cover is missing near restroom - replace vent cover. New Violation.
