Repeat Violation. 2-2D, Violation of Code: [.07(3)(b) ] Paper towels not present at hand sink in kitchen at beginning of inspection & paper towels not available at mens/womens restrooms. Drink cups should be stored in designated area separate from food prep area/storage of single use articles/items. Drink cups should be kept in disposable cup with tight fitting lid/straw. Bottle was removed from the reach-in cooler during inspection. Corrected On-Site.
