Repeat Violation. 2-2D, Violation of Code: [.07(3)(b) ] Paper towels not present at hand sink in kitchen at beginning of inspection & paper towels not available at mens/womens restrooms. Hand washing areas must be adequately supplied for hand drying at all times. Paper towels were supplied during inspection for all hand washing areas. Corrected On-Site. Violations: 2-2B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(j)1&2 ] Baby bottle stored in reach-in cooler over raw shrimp/vegetables. Drink cups should be stored in designated area separate from food prep area/storage of single use articles/items. Drink cups should be kept in disposable cup with tight fitting lid/straw. Bottle was removed from the reach-in cooler during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 2-2D, Violation of Code: [.06(2)(o) ] Hand wash sink at bar area had a cleaning brush and cleaning sponge stored in it. Hand sinks should be used for hand washing only, no other use is permitted. Brush/sponge were removed from the sink during the inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12C, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(m) ] In-use cloths for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces found with less than 50 ppm chlorine. Wiping cloths should be held in a chlorine sanitizer level of 50-100 ppm chlorine. Sanitizer level was adjusted to 50-100 ppm chlorine during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
