Violations: 2-2D, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(d) ] Observed the dishwashers washing hands in 3 compartment sink. Advised PIC that hands can only be washed in hand washing sinks. PIC informed the dishwashers and they washed in hand sink. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 6-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Observed * items in prep cooler cold holding above 41F. Advised PIC that potentially hazardous food when cold held must be at or below 41F. PIC removed items and discarded. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.

Advised PIC the Fruit and Vegetable sink is for washing fruits and vegetables only. PIC moved items. Corrected On-Site. New Violation., 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(5)(f) ] Observed the mops in sink and not hung up for drying purposes. Advised PIC to hang mops to dry after done using them. PIC hung mops. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17D, Violation of Code: [.07((5)(j) ] Observed personal bags being stored on above food and food contact surfaces. Advised PIC to move the items and set up an area for employee personl items away from food and food contact surfaces. PIC moved items. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

Violations: 13A, Violation of Code: [.07(3)(d) ] Handwashing singage missing from mens restroom. Handwashing signage must be displayed in employee bathroom areas to encourage proper handwashing. Handwashing sign was printed out of PIC and placed in mens restroom during inspection. PIC advised that a permanent handwashing sign had been ordered. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.

Employee drinks should be stored in disposable cup with tight fitting lid/straw and be kept separated from single use articles and/or food products to prevent possible contamination.
