Dates were placed on foods during inspection.  New Violation. 17D, Violation of Code: [.07(4)(b) ] Employee phone stored on cutting board. All personal belongings must be stored in a manner to prevent contamination. Phone was removed.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
