Violations: 6-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Several items in the walk in were above 41 degrees F. Walk-in doors had been open for deliveries, but air temp at condenser was at 50 degrees F. Thermostat adjusted and air temp dropped to 42 degrees during the inspection. Line check temperatures showed that foods had been out of temperature less than 4 hours and thus were allowed to cool. Strongly suggest keeping thermostat adjusted lower and minimizing doors being opened during deliveries especially during warmer weather. Keep all potentially-hazardous foods at 41 degrees F or below.
