Additionally hot foods need to be cooled from Hot temp-70oF within 2 hrs and from 70oF-41oF within 4 hrs.(PLEASE MONITOR FOOD DURING THE COOL PROCESS TO ENSURE THAT IT IS REACHING THE CORRECT TEMP IN THE PRESCRIBED AMOUNT OF TIME). Chicken and briskett was discarded during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12-A, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(u) ] Soup hot hold units are not protected from contamination. A portion of the sneeze guard is flipped up and also the side plastic panel is missing. This exposes the soup to contamination( sneezing, coughing, etc.) when lid is lifted. Please keep the flap on the sneeze guard down and also replace the side panel. New Violation. 14C, Violation of Code: [.05(10)(e) ] Plastic jugs used for tea were stored directly on floor in storage room. Sinble service items need to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor at all times. Jugs were moved off the floor. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(2)(c) ] Inside of the walk in cooler coving base is missing and also on the floor inside of the walk in cooler tile is missing. Please replace ASAP. New Violation. 17D, Violation of Code: [.07(3)(h) ] Employee purse was stored with packets of sugar near drive thru window. Employee personal items need to be seperated from food and equipment. Purse was moved. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17D, Violation of Code: [.07(2)(i) ] Light over the warewashing area was missing shield. Light need to have a protective covering in case they shatter. Please replace ASAP. New Violation.
