Violations: 6-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Inside of the prep cooler located at far end of kitchen egg/milk wash,chicken tenders, and cole slaw were above 41oF. Potentially hazardous food items need to be kept at 41oF or below at all times. This a 4th repeat of this same violation. Egg/milk wash and chicken tenders were discarded at the time of the inspection. Repeat Violation. 15A, Violation of Code: [.05(6)(a) ] Prep with out of temperature food had an air temperature of 53oF. Cold hold equipment must be capable of maintaining food at 41oF or below at all times. Person in charge called repair person during inspection. Repeat Violation. 15C, Violation of Code: [.05(7)(a)2,3 ] Equipment has a build up of grease and dirt. Equipments needs to be kept free of grease and dirt accumulations at this is an attractant for pests and rodents. Please clean all equipment thoroughly and more frequently to prevent this build-up. New Violation. TODAY'S INPSECTION IS A REQUIRED ADDITIONAL ROUTINE INSPECTION AS RESULT OF FAILING PREVIOUS ROUTINE INSPECTION ON 5/3/12. PERMIT IS SUSPENDED. FACILITY MUST VOLUNTARILY CLOSE AS RESULT OF RECEIVING A 4TH REPEAT ON VIOLATION 6-1A PROPER COLD HOLD TEMPERATURE.
