Church’s Chicken, 970 New Hope Road
Score: 94 A
Inspection Date: February 21
Violations: 4-2B, Violation of Code: [.05(7)(a)1 ] Pans and utensils had dried food debris. Pans and utensils stored as clean. All food contact surfaces must be free of food debris. Pans and utensils were rewashed.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 14B, Violation of Code: [.05(10)(a) ] After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils not air-dried. All pans are to be air dried prior to stacking. Pans were rewashed and the operator was instructed how to stack for air drying.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 17B, Violation of Code: [.06(5)(o),(p) ] Outdoor enclosure for dumpster/compactor not maintained in good repair and/or not clean. Trash on the ground must be picked up and disposed of in the dumpster. Manager will have an employee clean the dumpster enclosure.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
