Violations: 4-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(c)1(i)-(iii),(v),(viii) ] Employee handled a fryer basket handle (that had previously been used by another employee handling raw chicken) and then handled hamburger buns. Had employee discard buns, wash hands, and put on new clean gloves. Must keep food separated and protected during storage and preparation of food. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 5-1B, Violation of Code: [.04(5)(f) ] Reheating chili on a hot plate was at 121F. The time the chili was placed on the plate exceeded 2hrs. The chili was discarded. Employee washed hands and put on new gloves. If used, single-use gloves shall be used for only one task as working with ready-to-eat food or with raw animal food, used for no other purpose, and discarded when damaged or soiled, or when interruptions occur in the operation.
