A Thai restaurant in Lawrenceville, Ga. scores a 70 and two fast food restaurants were reinspected after receiving low scores. An elementary school is also checked out.

New Violation. 4-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(c)1(i)-(iii),(v),(viii) ] At the time of inspection observed raw chicken stored above meatballs and fish in 1-door freezer and observed eggs stored above noodles in 1-door display cooler. Food was rearranged by internal cook temperature. Packaged and unpackaged foods should be kept from contamination by arranging by internal cook temperature. Corrected On-Site. At the time of inspection a container of milk was found in the walk-in with a date of 10/11/12. Milk was discarded. At the time of the inspection wet-wiping cloths were stored in buckets with no sanitizer. Wet wiping cloths should be stored in an approved sanitizing solution. New Violation. 14B, Violation of Code: [.05(10)(f) ] At the time of inspection observed two containers of stored utensils with food debris. Containers and utensils rewashed. Violations: 14A, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(k) ] 1).In-use utensils stored in water with 120F temperature. Utensils were placed in a small boiler and temperature was 188F. In-use utensils for hot-held potentially hazardous foods should be stored in a container of 135oF water. 2). Cup with a handle was laying in hydrated onions. Cup removed and replaced with a scoop where the handle was above the top. While not in use, food preparation/dispensing utensils should be stored with their handles above the top of the food and the container. Corrected On-Site.
