Restaurant Inspections: December 10

A live roach was found in one Lawrenceville, Ga restaurant. Thai Diner is re-inspected and Dave & Buster's at Sugarloaf Mills and two elementary schools were also checked out.

Utensils may be stored in between use in water maintained at 135F or above or in continuously running water. Otherwise, it must be stored on a clean, dry surface. Water was poured out.
