Quat sanitizer must be maintained at 200ppm to avoid residual being left on food contact surfaces. Sanitizer was diluted to be in compliance. Corrected On-Site. All personal belongings must be stored to prevent contamination of food, prep areas, single service items, and clean equipment. Belongings were placed in box designated for employee belongings.
