Violations: 6-2, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(g) ] Observed food (rice and Pasta) in walk in held more then 24hrs without date marking. Advised PIC to mark items and only hold for 7 days. PIC marked items. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 8-2B, Violation of Code: [.07(6)(c) ] Butane lighters stored above food and food contact area. Advised PIC that all toxic items must be stored away or below food and food contact areas. PIC moved items.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 12A, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(q) ] Observed food (soy sauce,sugar,rice and chicken in walkin) stored on the floor. Advised PIC that all food items must be stored at least 6" off floor. PIC moved items. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

Violations: 8-2B, Violation of Code: [.07(6)(g) ] Quat sanitizer in front container and in dish sink observed at 400ppm. Quat sanitizer must be maintained at 200ppm to avoid residual being left on food contact surfaces. Sanitizer was diluted to be in compliance. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 8-2B, Violation of Code: [.07(6)(l) ] Can of ant spray stored in facility with labeling that does not indicate approved use in food service establishment. Pesticides that are used in facility must be approved for food service establishments. Ant spray was discarded. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(5)(a),(b) ] Floors in walk in cooler observed with food debris. Floors must be maintained clean to avoid attraction of pests. New Violation. 17D, Violation of Code: [.07(4)(b) ] Employee purse and closed can of coconut juice stored with food for restaurant. All personal belongings must be stored to prevent contamination of food, prep areas, single service items, and clean equipment. Belongings were placed in box designated for employee belongings. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
