Chair in poor condition with torn lining in the kitchen. Raw unsealed wood throughout the kitchen (by handwashing sink, by rear door, near dishwashing area).Nonfood contact surfaces must be smooth, durable, nonabsorbent, & easily cleanable. Seal/paint the raw wood. Replace cardboard with approved containers. Two baker's rolling racks and outside of food storage containers not clean. Must clean these items more often. Repeat Violation. 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(5)(a),(b) ] Multiple items stored below shelving in rear storage room (chemicals, tools, tool boxes, misc). Floors not clean in this storage room. Walls by water heater room and in dry storage room not clean. Clean and repaint walls. Items removed from the floor & the floor was washed at time of inspection (back storage room). Employee handled precooked biscuits with bare hands. Had employee discard biscuits, wash hands, & put gloves on. New Violation. 2-2B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(j)1&2 ] Personal drink in a non-single use cup in the kitchen. No straw. Drink DISCARDED. Employees must store personal drinks in a single use container with a lid & a straw. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 2-2D, Violation of Code: [.07(3)(b) ] Paper towels not dispensing from dispenser at handwashing sink at the chicken prep station. No separate paper towels provided. Paper towels must be provided for use at all handwashing stations. Roll of paper towels provided until battery to dispenser can be replaced. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
