Employee cut raw chicken on cutting board and then cut the shrimp on the same surface. Cross contamination. Employees must change out gloves and wash hands after handling shrimp after handling raw chicken. Employees must sanitize surfaces after cutting chicken PRIOR to using the same cutting board for other foods that require a lesser cook temperature. Employee changed out gloves and washed hands.
