New Violation.8-2B, Violation of Code: [.07(6)(o) ] Bottle of Tylenol was stored on shelf with dishes and directly above bread. Medicines need to be stored seperate from food and untensil to prevent possible contamination. Tylenol was removed during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 13A, Violation of Code: [.10(2)(g) ] Inspection report was displayed behind the counter in a location where customers could not walk up to it and read it. Inspection report needs to be displayed no more than 15 ft from primaray entrance, no higher than 5 ft 7 in, and in a location where customers can walk up to it and read. Also observed PIC handle dirty dishes then touch clean utensils in cooler. Hand employee remove gloves and wash hands; Had PIC was hands after handeling dirty dishes. Employees must wash hands between glove usage while working with food; employees must wash hands when going from dirty to clean dishes. Corrected On-Site. Employee with gloves on handeled utensil handles with raw juice on them and then reached into a container of RTE onions and tomatoes. Had employees cook all food items to 165oF. Must keep all food items seperated and protected in coolers and during preparation. Corrected On-Site. At the time of inspectio observed PIC cleaning tables with a soap towel and then drying then with another towel. Had employee clean tables with sanitizer spray bottle and papertowels. Food contact surfaces should be clean to sight and touch. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 10D, Violation of Code: [.04(7)(c) ] Bulk products removed from their original packages, and not labeled with the common name of the food. At the time of inspection items such as salt, flour, and chicken flavor were not labeled. Food items removed from orignal packaging should be labeled with common name in English. New Violation. 14A, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(k) ] At the time of inspection observed in-use utensils being stored in water that was 99oF. Container was put on grill to heat to 135oF. Utensils stored in water must be 135oF or above. Corrected On-Site. At the time of inspection observed several containers stacked wet. After cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils should be air-dried before stacking. New Violation. 14D, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(n) ] At the time of inspection observed employee using phone with gloves on, observed employee touching face with gloves on, observed employee touching raw chicken then raw beef with same pair of gloves on, and observed employee touch pan with raw meat juice then touch RTE vegetables. Had employees remove gloves, wash hands, and put new gloves on. Single-use gloves should be used for single tasks that do not present risk for cross-contamination. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(5)(f) ] At the time of inspection observed two mops being stored in mop buckets. When not using mops, mops should be hung to dry. New Violation.
