Observed glasses, glass case, keys, cell phone, empty employee personal cup, etc. stored above sandwich prep cooler. Items removed from kitchen prepa area. Violations: 2-2D, Violation of Code: [.07(3)(a) ] There was no hand soap at the hand sink located at bar. Hand soap must be available at all hand sinks so that employees can wash their frequently. Hand soap was refilled during inspection.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 6-1C, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(d) ] 2 large tubs of cooked rice in freezer were above 70oF after cooling 2 hrs. Potentially hazardous food must be cooled from 135oF-70oF within 2 hr and from 70oF-41oF withins 4 hrs for a total of 6 six hours. Rice was reheated to 200oF so that cooling process could be started over. It had only been 15 min past the 2 hr mark. FYI you only have once chance to start the cooling process over, if 70oF check point is missed food must be discarded. Please be aware this is the 2nd repeat of this violation/provision another occurrence of this violation could result in permit suspension.  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation. 16B, Violation of Code: [.06(2)(r) ] Pipe under three compartment sink is leaking. Plumbing systems must be maintained in good repair. Please fix pipe ASAP.  New Violation.
