Violations: 4-2B, Violation of Code: [.05(7)(a)1 ] Mold like substance on inside of ice machine. Need to keep food contact surfaces cleaned to sight and touch. (will be back to do in-formal follow-up within 10 days) Anohter violation in save category on next routine inspection may result in permit suspension.  Repeat Violation. Correct By: 01/17/2014 6-2, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(g) ] Cooked chicken in freezer not date marked - had manager date mark properly. Must date mark foods properly.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 15C, Violation of Code: [.05(7)(a)2,3 ] Multiple cooler handles, Gaskets, and doors are dirty with old food debris. Must keep non food contact surfaces clean.  New Violation.

Violations: 6-1B, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Meatballs hot-holding at a temperature of 105oF. Meatballs were placed in hot-holding unit an hour prior. Meatballs were reheated to 165oF. Potentially hazardous foods being hot-held should be held at 135oF or above.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.

Observed milk located in bar area that was not properly date marked. Foods date marked at time of inspection. Must ensure all potentially hazardous, ready-to-eat foods that are to be held in the establishment for more than 24 hours are properly date marked.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
