(will be back to do in-formal follow-up within 10 days) Anohter violation in save category on next routine inspection may result in permit suspension.  Repeat Violation. Correct By: 01/17/2014 6-2, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(g) ] Cooked chicken in freezer not date marked - had manager date mark properly. Must date mark foods properly.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 15C, Violation of Code: [.05(7)(a)2,3 ] Multiple cooler handles, Gaskets, and doors are dirty with old food debris. Must keep non food contact surfaces clean.  New Violation.

Observed milk located in bar area that was not properly date marked. Foods date marked at time of inspection. Must ensure all potentially hazardous, ready-to-eat foods that are to be held in the establishment for more than 24 hours are properly date marked.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
