Must date mark foods properly.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 15C, Violation of Code: [.05(7)(a)2,3 ] Multiple cooler handles, Gaskets, and doors are dirty with old food debris. Must keep non food contact surfaces clean.  New Violation.
