Violations: 8-2B, Violation of Code: [.07(6)(o) ] Two bottles of medicine stored above clean pans and utensils. Pills not in a container laying out above clean utensils. Had employee move medicine so it was not stored above food or utensils. Medicine must be stored to prevent contamination of utensils and food.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 13A, Violation of Code: [.10(2)(g) ] Inspection report displayed behind counter. Inspection report cannot be read within one foot. Inspection report must be 15 feet from the entrance, between 5-7 feet high, and can be read by customer within one foot.  Repeat Violation. 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(2)(a) ] VCT tiles in kitchen area in disrepair. Several tiles are comping up and concrete underneath is exposed. All tiles in disrepair must be replaced or repaired. Floors must be easily cleanable.  Repeat Violation.
