Make certain all wipe cloths are returned to the sanitizer solution between uses.  New Violation.

Expired Foods: Packaged, commercially processed foods that are for sale to the consumer shall be removed from sale immediately after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 12A, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(w)3 ] Sign not posted at self service salad bar or hot bar reminding consumers to use a clean plate when reserving. A public notice informing consumers to use clean tableware shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the self-service area.  New Violation. 15A, Violation of Code: [.05(3)(f) ] Utensils too short for items on self-service salad bar and hot bar. Utensils, Consumer Self-Service: A food dispensing utensil shall be available for each container displayed at a consumer self-service unit such as a buffet or salad bar. The utensil’s length shall be longer than the widest portion of the container. Use longer utensils, smaller container OR a combination of both.  New Violation. 15A, Violation of Code: [.05(6)(a) ] Gasket to cooler torn. Must maintain equipment.  New Violation.

All equipment and utensils must be air dried prior to stacking. All pans and containers were unstacked.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
