Unpackaged foods may not be stored in undrained ice or water. Raw wood may not be used for food and nonfood contact surfaces. Dish sink may not be used for handwashing. All nonfood contact surfaces of equipement must be cleaned at a frequency to prevent accumulations. Please increase cleaning frequency of shelving.  New Violation. 17C, Violation of Code: [.07(5)(a),(b) ] Floors in walk in cooler and by water heater observed with buildup of soil and food debris. All physical facilities must be maintained clean to prevent attraction of pests.  New Violation. 17D, Violation of Code: [.07(5)(d) ] Hood vents observed with buildup of grease. Ventilation system must be cleaned at a frequency to prevent accumulations. All personal items must be stored either away or below food for facility to prevent contamination risk.
