The JDC Group is currently hiring for a Human Resources Coordinator. The person in this will work directly with and support our Operations/Accounting Manager and President and provide general administrative, accounting and human resource support. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to e-mails, coordinating travel arrangements, initiating and processing new employee paperwork and more.
Experience in the staffing industry, preferably in IT, is required. A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree is preferred. HR certification or PHR certification is desired.
