One restaurant was cited for having a handwashing sink full of dishes.

Violations: 2-2D, Violation of Code: [.06(2)(o) ] Handwashing sink in the back kitchen loaded with dishes. Sink emptied. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 12C, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(m) ] No chlorine in sanitizer solution for cloth towels. Both buckets of sanitizer solution stored on the floor. Had facility prepare fresh sanitizer with adequate chlorine. Had facility evelate both sanitizer buckets off the floor. Must maintain adequate, but safe level of chlorine in sanitizer solution for cloth towels. Containers of chemical sanitizing solutions in which wet wiping cloths are held between uses shall be stored off the floor and used in a manner that prevents contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 15A, Violation of Code: [.05(2)(h) ] Caulk along sink & splash guard juncture in poor condition (both sides of warewashing sink). Re-install splash guards so that the sink & splash guard juncture is smooth & easily cleanable OR redo caulk to ensure surface is smooth & easily cleanable. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance.  New Violation. 17B, Violation of Code: [.06(5)(o),(p) ] Dumpster missing drain plug. Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place.  New Violation.

Inspection report must be posted in public view within 15 feet of the primary entrance, 5-7 feet above the floor, and readable from one foot.  New Violation. 15A, Violation of Code: [.05(1)(i) ] Raw wood in facility. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.  New Violation.
