An employee was caught sneaking a taste of the food during the latest round of inspections of Lawrenceville, Ga. restaurants.

Potentially hazardous foods reheated for hot-holding not reheated so that all parts of the food reach a temperature of at least 165F for 15 seconds. The employee discarded the foods. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
